I haven't had any bad side effects taking these. So far so good.

I read that proline can help your cells repair mitochondria. (I had a long course of doxycycline for cat scratch disease and not too long ago I found out it can impair your mitochondria). I started taking four grams mornings on an empty stomach and it did seem to raise my energy levels after a week or so. Also read proline can help your cells repair DNA damage.

My Provider started me on L-Proline and L- Lysine for elevated alpha lipo protein a “ little a” years before there was an approved drug for it. My numbers dropped drastically after a couple of months. The product I used in past was difficult to swallow. These capsules are so much easier. Do not take without talking to your Health Care Provider.

Hola lo pedi porque he bajado mucho de peso, por un padecimiento y tengo la piel resecaa, comence ha sentir algo muy raro en mi cabeza (mi cerebro), y hace 2 dias vi que tenia un sabor raro en mi boca, pense que la sopa se habia hechado a perder, y mi orina huele desagradable, ademas despues de comer sudo mucho, yo pense y le echaba la culpa a un antidepresivo que me tomo por la mañana, pero, hoy me tome primero la prolina con la glicina y la vit.C y comence con estos sintomas, llegue tarde y hasta entonces me acorde del antidepresivo, me puse a investigar de los aminoacidos y resulta que si no metabolizas la prolina, te da mas depresion, tal vez sea un excelnte producto para quien lo asimila bien, hoy fue mi ultimo dia de tomarmelo, gracias por su atencion
