Always buy 2 inches higher your trouser waist size for better fit.

The quality is top notch and i love the fact that it doesnt beep at security checks.

Within couple of weeks usage, material starts tearing from one side. Looks very poor quality and not worth the price.

This belt is quality made. I've had two for over 6 months now and wear them daily to work. Even after 6 months they show little to no wear. I work in a federal building and need to go through metal detectors every day. My other belts would set off the metal detector which meant I needed to remove the belt every time I entered the building. I bought this belt specifically because people said it didn't set the metal detectors off. This is true with the detectors I walk through, which seem to be more sensitive than those at the airport. In their current state, I expect this belt to last a year or more before being replaced ... even with daily wear. I don't know if there is any real leather in these belts, but they look good and appear like leather.

Very nice black belt but come on Amazon get the company to change the description this belt is not reversible. I fine with it because I wanted a black belt. Very disappointed with Amazon lately a few products I have ordered lately have a wrong description.
