It's a laminated chart of yoga poses, as advertised.

The poster is enclosed in plastic, so it cannot tear and is easily cleaned. Both sides of the poster I received were printed. The only difficulty was deciding which side to display, as both were excellent.

I LIKED THE POSTER. What I didn’t like was giving it away. WILL REORDER.
