Firstly I like that there is a bond with Gaba and B6. This is very important basis crossing the blood brain barrier. Gaba by it self has a difficult time doing so. Often, the Gaba receptor is overlooked. Yet, it one of the most important balancing transmitters in our brain. It assist with keeping a good balance of calm and also assist in thyroid health. It can assist many whom may have overestimated the receptor balance and replenish this superior Neurotrabsmitter. I like it at night basis it is suddle and works well also with melatonin to aid in sleep. During the day it can assist in concentration and anxiety. To see it in such a high quality and quantity is quite good. It is extremely cost effective so for many it is going to last some time depending on how sensitive one is to it. This would be five stars for sure if there was more B6 there is a formula that once was on the market that was called Picamillon. It was engendered to instantly crisis that barrier and was a great alternative to many prescribed medications. So I truly will say 4 and 1/2 stars because it is close. Yet just a little off. Overall of facing some anxiety usually this is gaba related. You can play with the dosing just do not overdo it read the label. Very good cost & Qaunity.

3度目の購入ですので、特に問題は無いです。但し、あくまでもUS MADEなので、外国製のサプリが苦手な方は国産の高い物を使えば良いと思います。
