We love this brand. It’s potent, unlike the big name brands on the market such as Goli which only had a fraction of the amount of Ashwaganda in each gummy. This has changed my life. Really good product! We loved it but had to switch because it was out of stock. It helped us with energy and, i'm hoping , cortisol. It's very very sweet so we are ok switching to a capsule, but I'm sure this gets in the blood stream a lot faster.

The old gummies were leaf shaped and had a pleasant aroma, as well as not being harsh in flavor. The new version is a simple drop shape, which was fine till I smelled them. Theyre like playdoh, with a harsh scent and the taste is far less appealing. Theres better out there now, but theyre not too pricey and are still edible.
