Can this be put on anywhere including the arm? If i put it on my arm will it spread through my body?

It does say if over 65 to check with your Doctor or pharmacist first, especially if you have kidney problems, stomach ulcers, asthma, hay-fever or allergies. Best to be be safe ok. If you are able to use them, I well recommend this product. I cannot orally take anti-inflammatories as they make ill, but I can use the gel & patches & these are very good patches & lot cheaper than the shops. I suffer with chronic muscle spasms & back pain, my medication can only reduce the pain so much & I am at my limit for pill medication, so the patches help alot with my pain. I hope this helps you.
