7 ft Pre-Lit Kingswood Fir Slim Artificial Christmas Tree, 300 Clear Lights, 892 Tips, Includes Stand, Green

We purchased this tree to fit in a small area in our living room. It works great! It’s one of the nicest fake trees we have purchased. It is easy to set up and the branches aren’t too difficult to fluff. Once set up it looks very realistic.

Just what we expected. Turned out pretty nice. Tall enough and doesn't take up a whole lot of space. Lights good and bright. EZ to put up. True review, for me, would take place after 3 or 4 years where I look for dependability and longevity for this kind of product....but for now, pretty decent.

This tree is exactly the width that I needed for a small corner with enough height to make a statement (my ceiling is 9.5ft high). I’m not sure why people are complaining about assembly because I found it incredibly easy without instructions. Fitting the poles together took a minute. The fluffing takes some time, but I’d expect that out of any artificial tree. I felt like it was priced fairly for Black Friday. I’m not sure how long the lights will last, but I saw complaints for every brand about the lights not working after a couple of years so I guess all pre-lit trees come with that possible territory. It’s nice at least that this tree came with extra fuses.

I am old school and looked for an instruction page. There was none. There was a postcard to purchase a scent for the tree, which did not appeal to me. The second post card had a phone app to scan that took you to videos on how to assemble the tree which I missed. Now it doesn't take rocket science to figure out 3 sections to assemble, but just the same I did not notice this until I had already put it together. I suppose anyone purchasing an artificial tree wants to save cutting trees, and not printing paper saves trees to, but here again, I'm old and it was a surprise to me. I like the tree, height and width, but you have to take time to fluff all the branches, or the hardware will show at the trunk. All that being said this tree is beautiful once decorated fully! Simply be patient and look at everything in the box.

A friend recommended this tree. 15#s, which is easy for older women to deal with putting up and storing. Nice tree. Very pleased. One section had less lights but ornaments camouflaged the area. Very pretty tree.

i purchased this on Oct. 7th, thinking I would get a jump on Christmas. We opened the box today, but were very disappointed to find that about half of the lights on the top section do not work. we checked the wires, connections and filiments, but saw no obvious reason. We even tried a battery tester. nothing. I understand the window for a return has closed, but was hoping you could make an exception. Clearly, if we had anticipated a problem, we would have opened the box during the time frame allowed. I would love a response.
