What I didn't like about this bike you had to build it which I already knew but I didn't think I would have to wire all the electronics up it was super fiddly to do and the instructions didn't make sense at all. When I first looked at it on Amazon it sounds great value for money but when I had all this messing about I wish I would of put another £15-£20 to get another one and some of the parts are very thin cheap plastic

Beginners electric bike
It is a brilliant little gadget for the kids. They won't play on it. Not that hard to fix.

Not a bad piece of kit but could be improved
Got this for our son's 2nd birthday. It arrived on time and with all the parts. The instructions aren't the clearest just due to literal translation but you can figure them out if you just apply a bit of common sense. Assembly isn't the easiest due to a lot of the parts not being a great fit with each other but again, if you persevere, you'll get there eventually. The biggest issue is the back axle. It has a couple of ridges on one side which I assume is designed to stop the axle disappearing into the bodywork but it doesn't work. It could do with a spacer just to slip over the back axle between the left wheel and the bodywork (I made up my own and it seems to be doing the job just fine). Also, the motor has fixing holes on the housing but nowhere to actually fix it onto on the bodywork. As a result of both these issues, the back axle was moving around a lot until I fitted my own spacer to the left wheel. It's not exactly the sturdiest piece of kit (it's only plastic though) but the battery life seems decent amd our son loves it. A few tweaks to the design, assembly instructions and build quality and it would be getting a much higher rating.

Best Bike for my Toddler
HOMCOM lover here. I have always loved HOMCOM products. When the item was delivered, there were some issues. I reached out to the seller. Their customer service is the best. They were quick to respond and they changed the product for me. They followed through at every point with me to ensure the replaced item was working. My son got it from his aunt as his 1st birthday gift and he so much loves the bike. Very easy to assemble with a good guide for instructions. Overall a very good product, with top-notch customer service, and great after-sales service.

Very hard to fix together
You need to he an engineer to build this , the back axel is too long, the motor was wobbly so we had to screw it in place , the instructions were rubbish , the stickers were crumpled , over all quite unhappy but I'm sure my grandson will enjoy it

Bit of a job to assemble but worth it
I won’t lie and say this was easy to put together but the look on my grandsons face was well worth my stress. They should offer a video guide for those of us who are novices.
