Q: How much deep is the pan? I am looking for as flat as possible for roti/chapati.

Barely a lip. Really good for flat skillet needs, will measure if you want.

Q: How well does it really work on induction stoves? I've tried a couple.of hybrid pans and they don't get hot enough.

I use this pan on a gas stove and find it conducts heat very well and can get very hot. In fact I found that I had to turn the gas down lower than under my old pan.

Q: I lost my receipt! how do i register for the lifetime warranty?
