Excellent sturdy insoles, was diagnosed with flat feet and an achilles problem and these have alleviated any pain in my achilles so would definitely recommend to anyone with a similar issue.

These arch lifters are amazing they are comfortable easy to put in ýour shoes. It has made a difference to my hips and knees when walking as they have taken the pain away. I would definitely be buying more and recommend them to anyone with arch knee or hip problems

Bought these to use inside two pairs of Stan Smiths, and I must say, it works very well. My arches collapse all the time, and wearing Stan Smiths with the stock insoles would lead to pain at both my ankles, and my heels (as my feet would rub the back of the shoe as my arches collapsed).The only reason why I've taken a star off, is because the 'bed' of the insole (where your foot sits) can be a little slippy, especially if your feet get sweaty on a hot day. It isn't horrendous, and it can obviously be mitigated by simply tying your shoe laces properly, but it's something to keep in mind. The insoles themselves do not seem to slip around inside the shoe though, so that's good.

Made a Huge difference to my foot. Nice and light, thin and comfortable. Well worth the money.

Not sure for other conditions but not adequate for achilles tendenitis. Otherwise, comfortable.
