Q: Does the product mince, dice and chop?

Thank you for your question, bloomie. The blade on this food chopper is only designed for chopping foods. For mincing or dicing, we can suggest looking into one of our Black + Decker food processors.

Q: Does this contain bpas, etc? where is it made?

CA Prop 65 warning of BPAs. Will be looking for a similar BPA free product.

There is only one blade. It chops & minces. That is all.

Q: Can it be used to make flaxseed flour out of flaxseed?

Thank you for your question, Robin. Seed and grains can be chopped much like nuts with this food chopper. The food chopper should be run in five second intervals until the desired textured has been reached.
