Good Quality Seeds
Quality seems fine for baking. The price per pound might be so expensive because it's organic. If you're baking using it as a filling, it can get really pricey. I wish they offered a lower price non-organic version or an economy sized bag.

Gross rip off
Absolutely disgusting I bought 3 lb. opened one of them up close to zero smell. And usually a cup equals exactly a half pound. For whatever reason there's probably eight cups of seeds and the math third don't add up. So they are ultra process evidently washed cleaned and dried in the oven to where they didn't even have oils left in them so that's why they were so light. Went to go taste a recipe , took one bite spit it out. Through the open bag long we got an open bags straight in the garbage. I have no use for them and you can't return them. I tried tons of Poppy seeds and these were absolutely hands down the grossest example of anything I've seen sold yet. Don't waste your money
