Boswellia has decreased inflammation and the pain in my hips from the first day I began taking it. This the only thing that continues to work to stop the pain! No stomach upset or other side effects.

This is the first time I've tried it and i am using the Frankincense Balm on my feet at night. So it is a little hard to say which is helping me but the frankincense is really helping the pain and stiffness in my body, and i will continue with the Boswellia and the other jar i bought for a friend. So far i haven't had any adverse side effects and would recommend this to others.

I have struggled with rheumatoid arthritis for nearly two decades. The pharmaceuticals offered by western medicine have proven to be as debilitating as the disease. The side effects decreased my immunity and I was hospitalized with pneumonia and cellulitis. The specialists were only able to get it under control by taking me off my RA medications. After 7 months my RA came back with severe inflammation, weakness in my joints and incredible pain. The most recent medication side effects were worse than the disease. I managed the pain and swelling of RA with ibuprofen, acetaminophen and naproxen, but was fearful of their side effects. I then read about Boswellia on a reputable arthritis website and was fortunate enough to order this brand. It was delivered promptly and I immediately started taking it. I was pain free after about an hour. Over the last month the pain is almost gone and the swelling due to inflammation has gone down considerably. Best of all NO SIDE EFFECTS! My skin no longer peels, the boils have gone away and my hair seems to be filling in. I no longer am fearful of the side effects of the over the counter pain relievers. Try it. So first of all, most of the time it takes some time using something like this to see if it's working. So I can't comment on that just yet, but I have had no side effects even taking one in the morning and one in the evening. I'm not saying you should do that; follow the label. Can't comment on quality yet; there's no smell unless you open the capsule and add it to food. Size: a little hard for me to swallow them, but I can. So if you have trouble swallowing pills, that's something to consider.

No complaints; it seems to work well in combating general inflammation. I'm noticing a difference after just a few days.

I take one capsule a day for minor joint pain. It helps somewhat but not as to give complete relief. I tried taking 2 capsules but it was too much for me. It was not a very good feeling, stomach wise.
