My favorite Hot Chocolate K Cup. Low in Calories and Sugar with no weird aftertaste. Not a coffee drinker so I have one almost every morning.

I received this Dark Chocolate K Cup order as part of a subscription, even though I had subscribed to the regular non Dark Chocolate product. Initially the drink lacked flavor and appeared really watered down. Then I realized that the used pods seemed heavy as opposed to the pods that completely flush out the chocolate powder mix. I opened up the pod and saw that approx a quarter of the powder remained in the pod. I scooped it out and mixed it in my drink and then the drink tasted much better. This happened every single time with every pod. So this is a design issue where the powder appears to be too thick/heavy that the 8 oz setting does not completely flush out the chocolate. This never happens with the regular chocolate pods of the same brand. Otherwise, I like this brand mainly because it’s the only one that I can find that has only natural ingredients as opposed to all the other name brand hot chocolate that contain a lot of artificial flavors and additives, even though they may taste better.

This coffee is a bit stronger, but tasty. I usually use Kirkland organic with the yellow top. Will be buying more of this.

I read a number of review of this product and I've simply come to the conclusion that many folks, sadly, cannot tell the difference between high quality and poor quality. In other words, good taste and bad taste.This chocolate, based on reviews was supposed to be 'the cat's meow', but that's honestly not the case.The cups brewed perfectly in our machine, no issues.The hot chocolate had a nice texture and thickness and the first few seconds of each sip was actually decent tasting. Then, like a baseball bat, you're hit with an incredibly strong chemical aftertaste. Take another sip, good taste, then wham! The chemical flavor of sorbitol or sucralose permeates your palate.The company claims that only real sugar is used, but I strongly doubt that is the case.The use of powdered non-fat milk is a good idea for this type of product, but there is something else in here that isn't what they advertise. Perhaps the alkali in the cocoa and/or a low quality sugar substitute.Then I read the box only to discover it's a product of Vietnam and not the USA. So basically they're just importing this product and redistributing.Amazon will not allow returns on this product... Thanks Amazon!I'll probably take it work and just give it away with a warning, but I don't want my family drinking this.Did I waste my money? Yes.I recommend you carefully research this type of product before you purchase, don't waste your hard-earned money on something with potential health ramifications due to improper or purposeful mislabeling.

I love my coffee with chocolate and purchased these pods since they are more cost effective. Unfortunately, there were some identified problems. First, the taste is great…not too sweet, good dark chocolate flavor….BUT…second, I have run into major issues with the Keurig coffeemaker when using these pods….typically about 25% of these pods appear to have gotten moisture that clumps the powder….when that happens it plugs the dispensing needles of the coffeemaker…the coffeemaker just shuts off due to the obstruction. I have to replace the pod with another one….thus I WASTE THE MONEY I WAS SAVING WITH THE PURCHASE. I have tried multiple other brands in the past, including this one but this will probably be my last purchase of these pods.

I switched to this hot cocoa in k cups after my other favorite brand started adding stevia to their recipe which I am not a fan of, and I have to say I will be buying this from now on. I love the simple ingredients and my kids love the taste too. There is just enough sugar about 6 grams per serving so it is sweet enough not bitter at all and definitely tastes like milk chocolate. I’m surprised this brand isn’t more popular, I could only find it on Amazon. 10/10 would recommend.
