I looked everywhere for this!
I looked everywhere, meaning all of the big box stores and and all of the beauty stores, for a French twist comb and couldn’t find one. I finally had my ahah moment and looked on Amazon, where I found this. I really like a French twist comb to pull my hair back with, I find they hold a lot more hair in place than a pony tail elastic because the surface area that holds my hair is so much larger. The quality of this comb is fine, the teeth haven’t broken nor have I had any other issues. I am pleased with it, and recommend it. If you are bored with butterfly clips, don’t like the weight of barrettes, are tired of elastics ripping your hair, or merely want a different way to hold hair back I suggest giving this a try.My advice for usage is be careful when inserting the comb, you don’t want to jab your scalp! Also the instructions said to insert the comb in the opposite direction to grab your hair then to reverse the insertion direction to fully put the comb in place. I find that makes for much too tight of a grip on the back of my head, so if it’s uncomfortable either loosen your hair before inserting the comb according to the directions, or else only barely work the comb into your hair in the opposite direction before fully inserting it. That’s true for all French twist combs, not just this one. It is the way that a comb grips your hair, but it can be uncomfortable if you’re new to using a hair comb. They don’t work like a butterfly clip, it’s a different concept, and many people aren’t familiar with how a comb works to hold your hair.If you don’t understand what I’m trying to describe, I suggest looking online for tutorial videos. Or if you have any friends or relatives who were around in the 1970s you can ask them how to insert the comb. Believe it or not, using combs to hold back hair were super popular in the disco era, as popular as butterfly clips were 15+ years ago. I hate to date myself, but I had some cool hair combs back in the day!

Stylish
The size and look is right, but it’s a bit slippery and doesn’t stay in your hair like the metal combs do.

Stop Looking
I had a comb like this years ago and was bummed when it finally broke. I've looked for this comb ever since. I was skeptical that these would be the quality of the one I had, but they are! I've ordered a set in all colors and they are beautiful, strong and they hold my hair. They are all stamped "Made in Italy" on the underside. Also, great seller, fast delivery. 100000000% Satisfied!!

Decent, I will use, but won't get more like it
Looks like photo, holds up long hair without assistance, but is somewhat uncomfortable. I could feel the ends digging while I wore it, and they were harsh on my scalp when placing the comb. Necessary though to anchor it in the hair in order for it to stay up.

Works great with long hair
My hair is very long and thick and when it's hot out, I don't like it laying on my back. This comb works great because with a few twists to my hair, I get a comfortable french twist without using a bunch of bobby pins to secure it. It would be nice if it weren't plastic but then again it's so light weight, it doesnt tug on your scalp as would a metal one. Great product for quick and convenient up-dos. Came packed in several layers of bubble wrap in a box with additional air puff protectors. I would recommend this product for any hair length except super short hair.

Not recommended!
The worst combs I've used. The ends are very sharp and dig into my scalp;, and the plastic is too pliable - doesn't hold my hair at all.

Didn’t work for me...
Such a great idea, but it didn’t hold my hair. Kept slipping out regardless of the angle I put it in at. In fairness I have a lot of heavy hair.
