These are the best hands down. Closest I could ever find to what I’ve had in England. Been ordering these for years. Not too sweet and texture is perfect. Right density as well. I’ve tried the other flavors but prefer the plain or currant. Those allow you to truly appreciate the taste, texture and artisan bakery expertise of this company. Amazing is all I can say.

Always a favorite

I've followed this company periodically for years and have ordered from their website, but this was the first time I placed an order from them on Amazon. True to my prior experiences, these little cakes are absolutely delightful! They're just the right size to be the kind of snack that feels decadent without being heavy--or you could eat the whole package for breakfast and feel like you had a fun Welsh meal on the go. I'm a huge fan of this small business and look forward to continuing to order from them many times again in the future. I love their little cakes and my kids all do too! (They really are a perfect kid snack, and they're not filled with all the gross preservatives you'd find in something you bought at the grocery store.) P.S. Like the taste and the variety of flavors. Very expensive.

These are just so good; I especially like the current and the cranberry orange. They are like a scone and a soft cookie had a baby. I love them for breakfast with coffee or as an afternoon snack. These don't last long at my house.

What a delight! Delicious, and different from our regular treats. I’ve been enjoying them just as they come from the packet and will probably eat them all before I try them heated or with anything else! I’m a forever fan. Thank you!!!

My order of Welsh Cakes just arrived. I ordered classic traditional and currant flavors. Two of the currant cakes are now gone and I have a satisfied smile on my face. A little bit sweet, a little crumbly, overall delicious. I will be buying these again!

They were ok, but not as good as the ones I had in Wales and pretty expensive for the size of the package. I don’t plan to reorder them.
