Q: does it come with wiring harnesses, inside the box?

The wires for the VLAND lights will attach to the same connectors as the lights you are replacing. There is no splicing. There are a couple of youtube videos on the installation. I couldn't be happier with the new lights. The stock lights are so bland. I always make sure to pass other Hondas on the road and show off my VLAND tail lights.

Q: Is there rewiring needed since there is a turn light in the part that’s on the trunk lid?

No there is no rewiring needed for the lights . Everything is pretty much plug and play. I watched a YouTube video to install mine. It’s pretty easy.

Bad quality and longevity

The driver side got moisture in it immediately, the fitment is off, and more recently after 6 months or so one of the sequential turn signal LEDs went out on the passenger side.There is no customer support. They look good design wise but yet again not really with the above problems. You can try it but for the price I cannot recommend.

Malfunction

so once i finished installing them. made sure they were wired correctly……. the Drivers side tail light was all programmed incorrectly. the turn signal would come on when i hit my brake pedal, and the reverse light wouldn’t come on at all on the drivers side. i see that multiple people have had the same problem per a youtube review. hopefully once i get the replacement it works correctly, VERY disappointed.
