These supplements are great quality. I’ve been taking them along with zinc to boost my immunity and ever since I’ve been doing that I’ve not been sick. I am a pre k 4 teacher and am around sick kids all the time. But ever since I’ve been taking this I’ve not gotten sick. Just 2 pills a day is easy to swallow !
