I almost Never write a review (I'm remiss)BUT, in the case of this kit, I just had to.This is the absolute best value kit you can get for plantar fasciitis !!!(And probably for other foot ailments as well.)All the items in the kit are better quality than any that I bought individually!(And I've purchased a lot of stuff to help w my plantar fasciitis, that fell just short somehow of these.)It includes things I couldn't even find elsewhere.It also includes some little throw in extras that I didn't take time to buy.Like most things you buy, you may want to make little adjustments to make them perfect for you personally, but they are about as perfect as is as it gets.(I won't itemize each one, don't have that kind of time and their merits are self evident.)This is the best little kit you can buy!For plantar fasciitis, also buy yourself a nice little cooling bootie!(I Highly recommend "The Pain Soother Reusable Hot Foot & Cold Ice Pack Wrap for Plantar Fasciitis, Heel Spurs, Arch Pain, Sore Feet, Swelling - Extra Gel Pack Included",(I was not looking for a "sock" that could be a pain to pull on and off, and this fits the bill!It opens fully so it's easy to take on and off and has a velcro strap for securing.It's incredibly easy to slide the hot/cold gel pads into.And comes up fully behind the heel to cover all the bases.I am a woman with size 11 feet and the large is perfect.)And/orThe "NatraCure Cold Therapy Socks (w/Compression Strap) - Extra Arch and Plantar Fasciitis Relief - (for feet, Heels, Pain, Swelling)".(Which are perfect little comfy socks to lounge in, while helping to soothe your aching "dogs" (your feet).They also have easy the slide in reusable hot/cold gel inserts.I recommend these for everyone, whether they have foot issues or not, to sooth their feet after walking.Also bought the large in these and there's plenty of room to spare.In fact, I will be buying these booties for all the adults in my immediately family for Christmas this year :-)And, although this all sounds too good,No, I did not receive Any sort of compensation for any of these items.It was just a lot of trial, error and returns, until I found these 3 items.Hope you all heal soon and that these items help you in some way!

Excellent! The selection of choices is awesome! Each seems to work for me and some work better than others. I think the concept of "working better than others" is no fault of the individual item or kit so much as where you stand with this awful condition! Each person is different so what works for me may be less effective for you. BUT the great part about this kit is you have the ability to try different things and see what works for you. This is great AND a lot less expensive than doctor and physical therapy visits!

I wore the wrong shoes on city pavement - hiking miles. Both heels were inflamed and throbbing for weeks. I iced - then warm soaked and iced and elevated at night. Stretched and massaged each day. Just walking in my house was excruciating. A few cushion sandals and staying on carpet helped a little, but there was no improvement overall.I felt overwhelmed with all the inserts, boot braces and compression solution choices - knowing it was more than just plantar fasciitis - 8 areas in both of my heels, arches, Soleus, Inferior extensors and Achilles were involved.Yeouch. I know you know. The pain when walking and standing is unreal. It’s worse after rest periods. Anti-inflammatories don’t make much of a dent. Small distances feel like a marathon. Appointments with specialists are over a month away…So I read the available articles, but without an ultrasound wasn’t sure exactly what or which supports may help. The single pack compression, supports or pads can get expensive. This kit had most solutions to try out for what I feel is a value price.It just arrived today.I’m wearing the black neoprene heel support over the arch pad support band. I already feel better - in under an hour. The pain has abated in my heels and arches about 70%. I’m moving around the apartment more comfortably. Circulation to my feet is great, my feet are warm, toes have nice color. I can wiggle my toes without wincing.I have narrow feet and high arches. Padded Birkenstocks and Crocs were all I could manage since the injury.I plan to sleep in the silicone heel pad and compression sock with a moisturizer.I might get a sleep support boot. I’m not sure what a doc may say later, but the compression relief today feels like heaven and simple things like stretching, getting around my home for mail, food prep and little chores is doable without the excruciating pain. After a week of hobbling and wincing with frustrated tears, I’m really happy I bought this.I wish you a speedy recovery and relief.My heart breaks thinking of all the peeps struggling with foot and heel pain and how we take feet for granted until something like this happens to us.

The ice pack was ok, the gel pads to be placed underneath the heels worked really well, but I saw little benefit in trying us the other products. I would not consider re-ordering the package. I have heel spur pain that never seems to go away. On the other hand, the exercise strap that I ordered shows much potential; and the foot rocker that I ordered is easy to use and also seems to be giving good relief. I'm still waiting for the Boots on the Ground fan to arrive.

I thought this was what I needed to fix the problem and NO way this was that. I thought the gel heel socks were going to fix the problems and at first a couple of hours I thought yes there was a change no way it made my foot even worse the fact the my foot is very swollen and it’s swollen in one spot and when I took them off it seemed to burn my skin so no this right here is not the solution at all

Great product had everything I needed my foot was better in just a few days
