Works the way it is supposed to
Great heater that does what it is supposed to. We love it.Just make sure the technician you use has installed hot water on demand heaters before. It is a straight forward procedure, but we had problems with an RV place in Langford, BC. Will never go there again.

Drop in Replacement for Suburban SW6DE
Very happy with the install and ease of operation of this unit. Gas line easily bent to hook up. Cut about 4 inches of the hot and cold fitting for easy hook up, wiring was straight forward. Door looks great and door flange was the same size. One hour hook up all together. Depth of unit is about 4" less than the one I had so I get a little extra storage room. Continuous hot water is awesome. Only complaint is that according to the manual there seems to be a unit that might have a pressure relieve valve preinstalled within the heater unit. This one needs one added which I haven't done yet. The manual shows instructions for installing one but if it needs it why not just supply in on all units? All I wonder now is why I went so long without one of these heaters. Game changer!

Perfect product!
Beautiful water heater! Fast installation, everything worked at once! The only complaint - I ordered a larger door and there is no thread on it for its fastening as on an old door.

Broken since new/ Got a replacement .
Installed it ...tested it ...and is leaking from cold water inside inlet....the review will change once I have it fixed and see how it is working..I got a replacement and just had it installed ..is working good.. the water gets to the desired temperature quite fast and is consistent.
