Q: Trying to wash the cover. Where is the zipper to remove the cover located?

Turn the cover inside-out zipper is on the left opposite the label

Q: Do these damage the stock armrests at all?

No, not at all! To be certain, I removed mine (which have been on my chair nearly 2 yrs) and there is no damage whatsoever. The memory foam is encased in the same smooth, velvety soft fabric that the cover is made of, and that fabric is all that comes in contact with your original armrests. These have made a wonderful difference for me, and I highly recommend!

The "2021 New Size 11" Office Chair Armrest" -- 11'' x 4.5'' x 1.5'' -- should be a fine fit.

Yep! the arm rest can stretch out to 14''. But the arm rest is advertised as 11" so you might want to consider getting a larger rest to fit your whole arm rest.
