I found the Comfort to be more comfortable. They make less contact inside your ear canal due to their sphere shape and they don't require to be deeply inserted as the Isolation.

If your brand and model cannot be found in their "fit finder" (on the comply website, near the upper right corner), I would measure, as closely as possible (preferably using a caliper), the diameter of the sound port on your IEMs, and then use their support page to submit a request and give them that diameter.
