Storage Device Speed Influences Quality
I bought this card to pair with my iFlash Solo for my iPod 5th Gen. This card is overkill in terms of speed, but it works flawlessly. The speed is superior (fast track switching) and the battery life lasts several times over what it did previously. Perhaps the most noticeable thing about this card is the dramatic increase in sound quality from high bit-rate tracks stored in the ALAC codec (over the 60 GB HDD). The sound is much fuller and tracks have more depth on the sound stage, even from what they had over my 7th Gen iPod Classic. I am convinced the speed of the storage device influences sound quality.

Great for trail cameras
The amount of storage on this card allows you step away from your trail camera for weeks and not have worry about memory space.

BEWARE OF FAKES! YELLOW LOCK TAB? RETURN IT!
***Second Purchase (FAKE Card) - May 2018***As you can see below, I purchased the first card from this same listing on Amazon and it was real. Unfortunately a year later I purchased the same card from the same listing and now I received a fake. I noticed the box had some hard to read print on the back, but didn't think much of it. Then upon opening the card I noticed that the locking tab was yellow, not grey like my first one. Upon even closer inspection, I noticed that the new (fake) card didn't have a batch/serial number on the back, and was missing the "Made in China" engraving. Once formatting in my camera and testing, I noticed that the card easily took 10 times as long to write a photo to. Also, the camera was saying that the new card had a higher capacity. As I am using these cards in a Sony A7Riii, and the fact that it takes 100MB 43MP photos, I require high speed cards, hence why I purchased the fastest UHS-I card Sandisk makes. Amazon in the past has provided real cards, but in this case it was fake! To the untrained eye or average consumer, most will not notice this until they have VERY poor performance from the card, and may think it's their camera, device, etc. See below for test and comparison photos.***Original (Real Card) - June 2017***I used this card in my Sony A6500 for about 8 months shooting about 20,000 RAW images without a single issue. I've now upgraded to the Sony A7Riii and am getting great read/write speeds in-camera with it. As some may know, the camera has 2 card slots: one UHS-1 and the other UHS-2. UHS-2 supports triple the speeds over UHS-1, which is what this card is. I still get more than acceptable burst rates before the buffer fills. I see no reason to ugprade to the twice the price, half the size UHS-2 cards for this camera.

Expensive, but great SD card!
I think I got a good card...I used it all through Japan, worked flawlessly. Never had a hiccup, shooting bursts, and shooting 4K video with my Lumix FZ300. Filled up 200gb, transferred fine to my computer, still working! What else could I hope for?Side note for people who remember shooting with old brick digital cameras, like my Olympus. My first SD card was a 8 mb! Mind-boggling how far we have advanced!

Tried and tested. Good for A7iii
I've been buying SanDisk cards for years and they simply don't disappoint. I shoot to 2 cards at a time for redundancy but the only card failures that I've had (all cards will fail eventually) have been graceful, mildly corrupting maybe a single image out of thousands. While I started using these on my 5Dmk2, I'm now on an A7iii and these cards outpace the camera recording video at 4k 30p 100mbps and can write roughly 1.5 images to card per second. If you are a shutter happy sports shooter or using these for video on a higher megabit (Mbps) output camera such as 400mbps via a Panasonic camera though, look elsewhere to the faster UHS-ii cards which cost many times as much. For those interested, here are some data rates for a 256gb (and 128gb within margin of error) extreme pro SD card (rated for 95mb/s). These numbers were achieved using a UHS-1 card reader though not all card readers are created equal so your numbers may differ.Sustained read: 98 mb/sSustained write: 89 mb/s4kb write: 2.7 mb/s4kb read: 8.9 mb/s

Perfect for Long Recording
I occasionally film dance recitals and theater performances. These shows can last upwards of 2 and a half hours, with multiple shows in a day. This card records over 10 hours of HD (1920x1080) footage. Gives me LOADS of comfort knowing I don't have to worry about a card filling up. Always good to have backup cards on hand but this one is doing a great job.

Works great, pricing from Mars.
Insane price but what are you gonna do when you shoot a 20+MPIX camera with HD vid?

Great
Great product but I realized 256gb is way too much. I fear if I use all 256gb the memory card might malfunction and I lose all my files. Stick with a 64gb instead and swap out so you can keep files safe.
