Good flavor and texture

This is the best tasting, best texture pasta substitute that I've found yet. It takes on the taste of whatever you season it with or the sauce put over it. I see that it's now available in a larger package, which is great. I'll definitely be buying the larger package in the future.

I like this product because the material is softfor eating like real noodles as well reasonable price

I thought I had a good price until the box arrived and I saw that the bags are half the size I normally get.

I needed a low carb, healthy ramen substitute because I had started eating the junk food store bought ramen that I ate as a kid. This was the perfect fix. I had a left over packet from the store ramen, so I pan fried it in that after rinsing with cold water in a colander as my first try. It passed the test, so now I'm looking up recipes and making my own broth and adding seasoning to keep it healthy

Of course, Shirataki pasta will never have the same taste and texture of pasta. But after trying several different companies Shirataki products, I believe the "Better Than Pasta" brand wins hands-down.

Do not buy from Amazon. Usually a good product, however, Amazon seems to be okay in shipping products that have been sitting in warehouse WAAAAAY too long.

They shrunk the size and cost the same as double the amount. Live the product as a pasta substitute but it’s a scam that they are selling half the size for the same amount as a few months back
