Great quality, glass jar/dark jar, it’s very easy on the stomach and was ok without food.

I like that this supplement does not give you massive amounts of these two main B-vitamins (8 mg B6 and 500 micrograms B12). Many other supplements provide more than I want or need. The pill is small, and can be taken anytime. The only issue is the food grade yeast associated with the B12 - if you want to avoid yeast, that is an issue. The B-12 is the methylated version, which is the better absorbed, from what I have read. MegaFood is a quality company and makes other high quality supplements that I purchase, including their Complex Vitamin C (250 mg).

These are now my favorite b12 vitamins, I really like the shape of them, they're pretty small and easy to take. They are also pretty tasteless, I definitely notice a difference in my overall mood when I take them. I also really like that they come in a glass bottle.

I really like that this supplement is a food blend of Beetroot, organic brown rice and organic broccoli.It is very easy to digest!

Having trouble with keeping b-12 in my body, and all the attendant ills that go with it. I have tried numerous supplements, after my new doctor refused to prescribe shots, and still struggled. This one is different. Don't ask me why, it just IS. I feel so much better now. I use other Megafood supplements, and am always happy to recommend them all to people who want to REALLY take control of their supplement health. Your body actually uptakes this product!
