Like this convenient product. I use it to make Ranch dressing. Will try it with my organic flour and maple syrup and make Buttermilk pancakes and waffles. It has a 2 year shelf life so I save money by not throwing out the unused liquid form.

I picked this up for my homemade mixes. I refuse to buy box mixes and make batches up of my own and store them in canning jars for use later on. I have used this for my buttermilk pancake mix, and also my ranch dressing mix. I found there was no clumping, it mixed well, and the taste was awesome. The price was up there, but it is organic and you get what you pay for.

Carton buttermilk can spoil but this is always available....even this southerner keeps it on hand.
