Time and packaging were great. The quality of the product was fab. I loved the regular updates about my order.

It's not suitable for xiaomi mi 11 lite (make sure you check what model's yours befor buying)

There is no raised edge at the front to protect the screen as shown in pictures. If you drop the phone face down the screen will smash. There is also a poor design around volume buttons and unlock button where the case will bend slightly if pressure is put on front of screen. When you lay the phone on a desk, the phone will rock slightly due to the raised back (this could be a good thing depending on what you are looking for). The texture feels cheap. Ultimately I've decided to go back to the case that was included with the phone.
