I love this aleve arthritis cream I have tried others with no luck but this really helps it doesn't take much and it works thank goodness and the price is great I bought some when it first came out in the store and then couldn't find it again but Amazon came through for me

Ignore the beat up box. This was a shipping issue and not fault of the company or their product. The tube is fine, the box has seen better days.I haven't been able to test if the product works just yet because I ordered it to try for my hip and back pain and didn't read the description thoroughly to learn that you cannot use it on your back and hips (or shoulders). You can use it on hands, wrist, elbows, feet, ankles, and knees, but no more than two areas at one time.It says that it may take seven days to feel relief, it is not for immediate relief, and if you don't feel any relief after seven days you should stop using it. There are several warnings on it, which is very similar to many OTC pain relievers.There is a dosage card included that shows you how much product you can use on the upper body and the lower body and you can apply up to four times a day, but not on more than two body parts at a time. After reading the warnings and drug facts, I would be very mindful of the dosage and keep within those limits as this is a topical form of the oral medication.This is prescription strength medicated gel and you do not want to forget that and start applying like you would a cream or gel that isn't medicated. Use care with this product as you would other medications.I'm giving it four stars based on being as described and for being thorough in warnings and dosage chart, as I am unable to see if it takes my pain away.

My sister recommended this product to me while I was visiting her...it works within minutes of applying to my hand & knee. The instruction say not to apply to more than 2 places on you body at one time. Relief actually lasted for days on my hand.

This product is very helpful for strains and tendon pain.

I love this, pain relief right on contact and last for hours. I apply on my knees.
