Works as it should. This is a new item and has all the power cord. Even though one of the picture has the expansion but it does not come with it and I did not expected. Listing should have said "expansion not included". Otherwise, this one comes with power cord unlike some other reviews. Works great.

I ordered this to test with teams voice calling add-on, the handset is really solid feeling and simple set up, I was up and running in minutes. My only issue would be the software updates, I logged on to the Web interface and uploaded and ran the update, it's fine for a one off but I wouldn't fancy doing loads of phones. Perhaps this is really intended for home office and small office market. All in all a decent product, will be buying more I'm sure.

This phone is good looking and appears well made but it has problems.Specifically getting a contacts directory into it. It is supposed read contacts from a pc but would not read the directory in Outlook on my pc. I ended up copying from a mobile phone using bluetooth. This partly worked but missed some contacts and all group headings. I had to insert all the missing data manually. It took ages. Clearly this phone has problems and must be fixed. I could get no support from the web site. The request form kept crashing. A bad experience all round and I cannot recomend this phone to anyone.

screen response is sluggish after installing latest firmware update. It takes a few seconds to respond after selecting an option. Im hoping this will be addressed in a future update and isnt a hardware limitation.

Vorab gesagt: Ich betreibe dieses Telefon an einer AVM Fritzbox 7490 ohne Probleme. Es ist wirklich sehr einfach an der Fritzbox einzurichten, allerdings sollte man sich mit der Materie VOIP-Telefonie etwas auskennen oder anderweitig IT-affin sein. Das Telefon ist kein "Plug-and-Play" an der Fritzbox! Es gibt mehrere gute Youtube-Videos zur Konfiguration von Yealink-Telefonen an der Fritzbox. Wenn man sich genau daran hält, ist die Inbetriebnahme eine Sache von wenigen Minuten. Am besten erst ein solches Video ansehen und das Telefon dann kaufen, wenn man wirklich alles verstanden hat. Ein wichtiger Kaufgrund war in meinem Fall, dass man mit diesem Telefon an der FritzBox Gespräche auch (intern) vermitteln kann, was nicht mit jedem IP-Telefon geht. Auch dieses muss dafür eigens konfiguriert werden, dann klappt es aber sehr gut. Das Yealink-Telefon richtet sich an professionelle Anwender und Firmen. D.h. 90% der vielen Möglichkeiten nutzt man zu Hause sicher nicht. Insofern gibt es für die FritzBox auch gute und günstigere Alternativen. Ein Netzteil war bei mir ebenfalls nicht dabei, muss also separat erworben werden, was den schon vergleichsweise hohen Preis nochmal relativiert. Die Klangqualität ist in beide Richtungen dank etlicher unterstützter Audio-Codecs sehr gut. Das Telefon und die Tasten haben eine gute Haptik und machen einen wertigen Eindruck. Die Benutzeroberfläche (sowohl Konfiguration als auch das Telefon selbst) steht u.a. auch in Deutsch zur Verfügung ist ist leicht umzustellen (ausgeliefert wurde meins in Englisch). Auch die Menüführung ist eigentlich selbsterklärend und kann an vielen Stellen auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse angepasst werden. Die Konfigurationsoberfläche ist übrigens webbasierend und wird per Browser bedient. Fazit: Ein gutes, jedoch vergleichbar teures IP-Telefon mit vielen Möglichkeiten, die der Heimanwender kaum ausschöpfen wird. Ich find's klasse - aber jemand ohne die geringste IT-Erfahrung wird seine Probleme bei der Einrichtung haben. Das ist nun wirklich kein Grund, das Telefon negativ zu bewerten, sondern eher ein Problem der eigenen Fähigkeiten. Die guten Video-Tutorials bei Youtube kann ich jedem nur ans Herz legen, insbesondere, wenn man ein solches Telefon an der FritzBox betreiben möchte.

I got this because my provider was no longer going to be supporting the phone I had. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to setup with my provider. In less than 5 minutes it was up and working perfectly. Would highly recommend this phone for all business applications. Great price to features and the sound is amazing.

This ad implies this phone can be used on wifi however it’s not possible to power it up without the required power adaptor. There is no mention this adaptor is required and must be bought separate for additional $50. Keep this in mind when ordering. It can also be powered by POE router using cat 5 wire but if one had this kind of connection the wifi wouldn’t be needed. Requested return and seller didn’t send return paid label. They expected me to pay the return shipping. The return label is as much as the cord so I bought cord instead.

Dommage, impossible de l’utiliser comme routeur sous 3CX. Petit bug aussi sur la mise à jour du bios mais résolu avec le service client très réactif du fournisseur. Sinon bien reconnu et une multitude de paramétrage mais inutilisable pour ma part car l’iP ne remonte pas sur 3CX cloud.

Très bonne qualité du son et magnifique avec la casque Bluetooth
