what grade stainless steel are these bowls?

Nearly all stainless steel used to stamp-form bowls is the 300 series (alloy) this kind of alloy includes more ductile metals like copper but all stainless steel alloys begin with 10.5% Chromium - that's a basic reguirement for all "stainless steel" regardless of what other metals are alloyed. Just knowing its in the category "300 series" tells you the right kind of stainless is used for that purpose. It's so-so generic manufacturers don't even bother to stamp that on the bowls they mass produce.

this set is supposed to come with lids i didn't get lids in my order
