This is a decent product and arrived promptly but I am disappointed that I ordered two months worth in mid August and the BBE date is less than two months away (end of September). I think that is at best cheeky and at worst deceptive of the seller.

I used these over the festive season, to support my digestive system, in lieu of my usual probiotic drink. They have proved a very effective substitute, and freed up some space in the fridge when space was at a premium. These would be really useful when going away for a weekend (or even longer), especially if you have unfamiliar food to deal with. How viable the bacteria is open to discussion, but I certainly noticed no deterioration in “gut performance”. Definitely worth a try, particularly if using a fridge for your probiotics is problematical.

As someone who suffers from IBS I take the pro-biotic yogurts on a regular basis, and they seem to help (but as with any food supplement it's difficult tell). These capsule equivalents have proven handy for when I'm away from home or when I run out of regular yogurt versions. Do they work? Are they better than other pro-biotics? Again, I can not conclusively say, but my digestive system seems more stable while I'm using them.

These capsules are great to improve gut health, especially immune system related. I took these after a dose of antibiotics prescribed to me, to get my gut health back in shape and be healthy again. They worked after the first two days, with the results following. I felt much better and my gut health improved drastically too!
