Got one of these made for my buddy's daughter as a Christmas present. Did it turn out exactly like I expected? Yes Was I happy with the product? Yes Did she appear to like it? Yes Has it been hung up yet? No.

Such a beautifully made sign. Perfect for the price and came really fast. It came with everything I ordered and the required assembly (hanging) pieces. Make sure to read and follow the ordering prompts. We ordered white LED lighting and it is very bright. The remote function is phenomenal!

We have zero complaints. Firstly, the customization options are easy - pick your size, how many characters, pick your color and pick your options. Second, it's fast. We were given a time of 3 weeks for custom build and delivery; we received it in 1.5 weeks. We were expecting the quality of "neon" you see in big box stores in their novelty area. Right out the box, you could see there was quality in this. We bought the chain hanging kit instead of wall mount which was the better choice IMO. You not only get the forward light, but the color also backfills the wall behind it. Plus, it is insanely bright! We got the line dimmer option with our order and it turned out to be a smart choice. Perfect addition to a bedroom, game room or computer room.
