It's not just a book on negotiating, and didn't feel like we were learning hypothetical. It's the perfect balance of surface level concepts with actual, actionable tips you can use! Wish I'd found it sooner!

An amazing blend of theory and real world experience. If you plan to flip properties this is an essential guide. Highly recommended.

Really good book. Goes into a Lot of detail and while it seems simplistic at times, I realized that was a good thing because it breaks down everything clearly.
