Am I supposed to use one of the scent pads or all of the scent pads at once for one area?

Am I supposed to peel the top all the way off?

if you have the lid, you can peel it all the way off. if you buy this at the store (for about a dollar more), it has that plastic lid which has that adjustable "vent" where you can control the size of the opening... if not, then it would probably be better just partially open so the scent isn't too strong and it won't "dry out" too fast. i bought this as a refill and just use my lid from my old air freshener
