Contains Vit B 12 as Cyanocobalamin which is a cheap and undesirable version of B12... I never even thought to look at that when I was looking for my Blood Pressure support. I will not buy it again

this product has rave reviewsso, of course i was eager to try it i started out feeling fine after a short time of taking itthen i experienced a terrible migraine headache. i didn't attribute it to said productdue to a stressful dayso i took it again the next dayafter that, the pain was unbearable, so i realized that it was this productbc it was the only change i had made in those 2 daysi had to drink plenty of water to flush this product out of my systemso, people, beware!natural supplements can be as dangerous or even more so as big pharma drugsthat is why it's good to remember, what works for somedoesn't mean it will work for othersi read a comment somewhere of how we put up with side effectsfrom medications, so why wouldn't we do the same for supplementsi, totally disagreepersonally, i don't continue anything that causes pain or extreme discomfortso, anyway, i have no idea why my body reacted that wayi usually don't have a problem with such things, because i'm known to do plenty of researchbefore i embark on taking something i'm not familiar withit might be good to statethat i started to get cardioflex, but being cheap, i settled for this onedue to price, and again, the positive reviewsi usually am not one to settle, when it comes to my healthbut i obviously forgot, a lot of times, you get what you pay for!
