I Bought this because I was waking up with a stiff neck and pain. Now it's all gone. BTW I bought this back June 2021 and it now August 2023. A++

When I first purchased this, it was soft but firm at the same time. I slept well the first week. A few weeks later I noticed that it felt more flat. Over a month later it’s just like an average pillow with a soft cover.

Seems to have helped my husband’s neck issue. It is a bit thin, as others have mentioned, but maybe that’s what people with neck issues need!

It is the best neck pillow ever I love it so much.

Product was inside the usual Amazon cardboard box, but it was folded inside of said box in half. Generally, the product was flatter than a used pillow. No support, had to use a used pillow underneath to give me close to proper support.AVOID

I dislike the fact this pillow is nothing it was advertised as. I sat it outside and its too cold to go take a pic but please be warned IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE
