Now my nails are hard as rocks and growing. If I break a nail it only chips which of course is an easy fix with a file. Lastly my eye lashes, if you can imagine how pleased I am to see my lashes growing which has resulted in me wearing less macara, allowing me to feel comfortable just showing off my eyelashes naturally.

I've also noted the cuticles on my nails have gotten healthier. But I bought them for hair results and haven't seen any changes in that department. So if you're looking for this product to help hair health, it's less clear.
