Bought this after seeing a programme where this extremely fine grade wire wool was used to give a superior polish to wood! I was really careful on the first use and chose a very inconspicuous area to test. Amazed with the results I treated all my oak furniture to a good rub with beeswax and so pleased with the results. I now use this for lots of cleaning jobs and used even on glassware that had water marks with really good results. I am sure I will find many more uses. The pack will last me for years as you only need a pinch and it does not scratch your hands.

Nice product and loads more than expected. Cleans my wood burning stove glass with ease and no doubt I will find other jobs for it too.

Looks ok haven’t used yet because of amazons incompetence I wanted it to do a job yesterday as it was expected delivery 3/1 but it didn’t turn up until 4/1 but as a prime member the days of next day delivery on Amazon seem to have finished !

I am using this to clean some surface rust from a vintage bicycle. It is just the job and not too abrasive being very fine. Good value pack as well.

A very good manufacturer of all things craft & DIY from a very reliable supplier. I use this in conjunction with metal polish for shining up hard chrome and other bright metal (such as stainless steel sinks). Also for rubbing down paintwork on wood before final coat, same with final coat when re-varnishing, it gives a smoother finish. Especially if you remember to wipe it down with a damp cloth before applying the varnish.
