It is ok but;It doesn't stay stand!The wire not long enough!The carpet steam plastic kept falling!It doesn't reach all the places even corners!it will keep some lines or something like waves on the floor!! it helps you only if you are in hurry to do something fast but frustrating if you have to change the wire places!

Out of all the accessories from this set, one was missing which leads me to believe that the box was already opened before-hand. After usage, it leaves a lot of stains which dries up to leave obvious marks. Even for the price, I would say it is better to look elsewhere for a steam mop

The handle doesn't stick. It just comes out. Not sure if something is broken, not sure if it can be repaired in warranty. Unfortunately I noticed it too late.
