I purchased this chain back in January 19 of this year. I were goldfield jewelry, my whole life, and I’ve never had this happen before. The clasp is turning black. I washed it in my soap, scrubbed it, and it’s still black. Am I allowed to send it back for a new class? Please respond. Thank you. PS, love the chain. It's perfect for me, just the clasp very disappointed.

I bought this In November 27 2023 and now it’s December22 2024 I have wore this everyday. I have not taken it off one day so its been in ponds,pools lakes ,showers dirt mud annd I’m a mechanic so it gets dirty . It’s been through everything I’ve been in and it still is in great condition!! No complaints only flaw is there is some light rust on the clasp besides that still looks great !! at least to me .
