The media could not be loaded. At first impression this balls looks like any ordinary balls. When in hand it feels like something out of the world.Reasons are :-1. The appearance and quality of the product is too good2.The texture and color is also very aesthetic and pleasant to eyes.3.Most importantly when you squeeze with full force and then release the ball regains its shape every time.This product is unbelievably easy to use and true to its name.This product can improve motor movements of hands and can be used after some surgery etc , wrist muscles strengthening with regular usage it improves fingers and their gripping capability.Must have for general people like IT EMPLOYEES OR DESKJOBS for casual using and as well as stressbuster tooPreviously i bought silicon gel ball which is useless and sticky... but now quality is superb , non sticky and helpful during yoga sessionOverall I rate this product 10/10

Very good exercise ball for relieving hand and finger knuckles and to pump up the blood flow. Also helping me to reduce numbness in hands due to fatigue.
