Pull cords
It is 2yr+ now and the pull cord is gone. It has sort of melted off, such a pathetic material it is made of. I have no other option but to open the casing up, change the remaining portion of both the corrds with other cord, even the pull knobs are unusable and are to be changed. I have a Polar wall fan of similar age with similar arrangement with pull cord system, which is operating beautifully.
