This is absolutely the best floor task lamp I have ever purchased (and I've purchased a few). I do very complex counted cross stitch and this lamp is the brightest, most sturdy, biggest area coverage that I have found. It is has many easy adjustments to make the lamp perfect for all tasks. Definitely a five star. Easy to assemble. I do not submit reviews, ever, but I love this lamp. April 20, 2024 Now a year later and the lamp switch no long reacts. Lamp will not turn off and various lighting options do not work. Now have to give it a bad rating. Should have read review better as it seems to be a common complaint. Too bad.

This lamp provides me with plenty of light for working on projects. The adjustable base makes it pretty easy to move it into a position where it helps what I am working on. It was easy to assemble and built well. The touch control on the lamp is easy to use.

Placed next to digital piano. Good light, flexible with multiple settings. Has lasted well so far. Solid base easy to assemble, and good price.

Light as hell, got a lil ass footprint. Bright enough for my almost blind ass. Easy to maneuver if you need to get a better angle for the shadow from your big stupid coil machine. The swivel mechanism is a little flimsy but it hasn’t fallen apart in almost a year so far. I don’t think it will, it just feels weird. Better than a ring light and worth every penny in my opinion. ****EDIT**** It finally broke. Knew it was comin. Still works, but the light section broke off of the ball mount and it’s hanging by wires. I got it taped up like Ali knuckles and it’s still danglin. Sick. Still better than a top heavy ring light.

I love this lamp! Easy And quick to assemble and most Importantly it has many ways to adjust, not only the brightness and color but also the angle and height, from desk to floor. Works far better than my very expensive Ottlite floorlamp. So glad I gambled on this light. Also, I've been using it for a week and several hours a day, and I have no problems with if not turning off as I've read in other reviews. However, I do have another Ottlite desk lamp that will occasionally turn itself off or won't turn at all. So apparently, if not only an issue with this lamp but other expensive name brands as well that use the touch control.

I like the small footprint of this lamp. I'm still figuring out all that it does. But it does have about 3 colors of white to choose from and various levels of brightness. I don't see a way to drop the top down a bit closer to a specific area, but it still seems to be bright enough that it isn't a problem. I don't think it bothers my husband when he wants to watch tv and I want to do something with the light on. So that is also a plus in my book. I would have liked to see one more step up in the brightness catagory, but its acceptable.

After 1 year only the power button illuminates. It responds to touch but no light emits from the lamp

It's initial use was fine, and I like the spectrums offered in the brightness adjustment. But after over a month of use suddenly it wouldn't adjust to the correctly bright reading lamp I first used. I was about to return it when I realized from reviews I'd not tried unplugging, waiting a bit and plugging it back in. And the unplugging / replugging did work to reset the lamp. So I'm not in the mood to return it anymore. It works fine, is wonderfully bright for reading, but adjusts to lower levels good for computer work. The ON/OFF and brightness adjustment are right next to each other however, but the off switch takes a slightly different touch. Take care though, not to touch the adjustment on your way to turn it off. Otherwise it does come back on at the level to which it was set. The packaging is great, and the initial assembly went well. Mine was sold with the promise of plastic clips to go on the arms in order to prevent fingers getting pinched, but the product wasn't delivered with those and I can live without as there are no children adjusting it. Hopefully, I won't have to reset it again. Meanwhile, I'd say overall a solid three star item. Ok, maybe four if the resetting issue drops away.
