Q: Are they marked made in England?

Yes they are marked “Made in England.”

Q: It says weight is 14,4 oz but it must be more. I need to send it out of country. Someone knows what is the total wight of the box?

I don’t know the total weight of the box but I can tell you that the dishes are very heavy.

Q: Are these lead and cadmium free?

You should go on the website and read the description about lead in ceramic ware. It doesn't say anything about Cadmium however. I have been using them for years. They are beautiful and I wouldn't replace them with anything else.

Q: Does it say made in england on the bottom of the bowl? it is difficult to write in china.

Some Portmeirion has been outsourced to China. But the set I bought, shown here, definitely say "Made in England. I love mine!
