This skirt has been a "hit" for the past 2 Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations. It is ALOT of skirt and looks gorgeous in-person and in photos.

This skirt is beautiful. I don't know how they keep the cost so low, it would cost twice as much to make it just purchasing the material alone! I fit a full 6 hoop petticoat under it and it still goes all the way to my ankles.
