My son is 6'0 180 lbs and we got a large and it fit perfectly. A large should be good for you if you have a trim mid section, if not order an XL. For the price the costume is amazing!

This costume is probably too big for her. Small is a mens small. Ordered for my boyfriend in XL and he's tall and broad and it was very loose on him
