Putting the Crosstrainer together was easy, thanks to clear instructions. It was quickly ready for use. The wheels in the feet at one end makes it easy to move, and is not too heavy for one person. Doesn't take up much space, so it should not need to be moved too often. The resistance dial has a satisfying clicky feel to it and snaps into the next level with the number showing which level you are on.This means that one can easily choose from a gentle workout to more intensive training. All parts feel well made and long lasting.Batteries are supplied for the trip computer and it has modes to show everything you would want to see. Heart rate sensors are built into the stationary handlebars.I expected it to be noisier. One can get up to quite a speed and you hardly hear a thing, so it won't disturb anyone watching tv. Very happy with this, something that the whole family can use.

Easy to move around in house once assembled. Good range of mode / usage options and the ability to constantly monitor heart rate. Excellent customer service from the supplier when I had a delivery issue. Only criticism is some people may find it hard to decipher the operational instructions as they are not very well translated into English. The assembly instructions are ok as based on diagrams and images.

Once the cross trainer was put together it doesn’t take up a lot of space and is very easy to move around. I did have some issues with the trainer being very squeaky, but once I got in touch with customer support they were extremely helpful. Siney guided me through step by step to resolve the issue with easy instructions and videos to help resolve the matter. A very happy customer who definitely recommends this product.

The product is good and what you would expect from this price range giving you value for money. The instructions are relatively easy to follow with tools supplied to assist you in assembly, although would recommend that you should source a few spanners to help tighten nuts and bolts. Unfortunately mine didnt arrive with foot pedals( please read other reviews) but in the vendors defence they were very apologetic sourcing me a set from the supplier in China although this did take a few weeks to arrive hence the average rating. In respect to the product i would recommend it, it does exactly what i need (some additional exercise at home when the weather stops me cycling), sturdy and well built.

Terrible. Had to return it as was not fit for purpose. Took ages to assemble and this was using the video tutorial as well. First time using it, the wheel was very stiff and then after 5 mins is started making a very discerning sound every rotation. After 15mins I stopped using it because the noise coming from the wheel was so loud and I was worried the whole thing was going to break. The stride length is very small and even for me (5'2) this was like tip toeing rather than actual long strides. Not very stable either and I'm only 50kg, so would be all over the place for anyone who is heavier. I suppose you get what you pay for. Have now spent over 3x more for a proper crosstrainer which is a million times better. Really don't bother with this, just spend a bit more and get something with a heavier flywheel and longer stride length.

I love going on the cross trainer, but don't have time to go to the gym much. Tried this trainer at a friend's house last week and decided to get one for myself. It's quiet, have a wheel to move around and easy to use. I put it in front of the telly when I do the exercise, move it back by the wall when I finished. I am currently on the easy mode.

Bought several exercise equipment and this one I found most difficult to assemble needs 2 people for at one point, squeaks a little during use but so far it's holding well and my favourite piece of equipment to help increase my fitness.

This was quite complicated to assemble with some of the parts being faulty. The thread did not connect on one of the arms and having tried for ages to fit another part, realised the holes had not been drilled in it. One of the pedal sections was also bent.As this was a huge package and we had already spent hours partially assembling it before we realised the faults we could not face the option of returning it and having to start all over again. Tried to complain on amazon, but an impossible process to get through that does not allow you to explain the problem.I would definitely not recommend this product.
