Q: How do i warranty this item

Well we called amazon, they said call ac Delco, we called ac Delco got the run around. They said call amazon. We called amazon got no answer. I wrote the bad review. Got an email. Wrote what I thought. Then I got emailed a link back to return the item, or replace with a new one. We opted to return and refund item

The picture is accurate. If yours is different it's the wrong part.

Better look at yours first, pay attention to that vent tube area. The one that I ordered was wrong, I went to GM, and even they had a hard time. From your VIN number they say it will fit. It took GM 3 fans before anybody got it right. YOU HAVE TO LOOK AT WHAT YOU GOT FIRST.. Take a picture if you have to, Good Luck
