i bought it at 29.99$ (8gb single stick) and its works great. i add it its work dual channel with stock ram. timing is 22-22-22 not most best but its good enought for me, and its best for price nowdays (?). ( little test things csgo benchmark in medium custom settings 1920X1080 most of it medium 8gb was 142fps, 8+8 and it become 193fps)

Most mortals really have no clue how their computers use memory in doing the endless tasks we initiate each day. And for today's young students on a budget, memory is crucial. Many of these first laptops have 4-8GB installed and tiny hard drives to offer a low-price. I inherited one of these machines through one of my students. An 11th generation i5 CPU with 8gb of ram and piggy old WIN 11! UGH!! Hence the immediate search for more memory... The ADATA *GB DDR4 SODIMM (bought as a pair) transformed this nondescript laptop into a a much higher level productivity machine. Time to task of opening applications is easily 50% less than before plus the added bonus of being able to keep a few more tabs open without the machine slowing down. Like all modern SDIMM's these were literally a snap to install and took no more than 10 minutes from opening the blister packs to booting the laptop. Why only 4 stars? The price. I realize that the world of Crypto and AI servers have gobbled up every spare piece of silicon they can find and that we mere-mortals pay the price...but basically close to $100 for 16GB of memory is steep.

Installed this on an acer nitro 5. Installation was very easy, computer now runs faster, smoother, and heats up less quickly than before. Games are smoother too.
