Q: Will this work if you want to add fog light and change end cap, it seems with orignal I have I cannot line up new end cap to orignal lines?

Hello, the deflector is the same with or without fog lamps. The caps lines do change if you went from an HD model cap to 1500 model cap.

Q: So this is just "Textured" Will it fade if not painted?

It won't fade and it is only slightly textured just like the factory one. When i shine my tires i use the same stuff on that front piece as well as the handles and other plastic. Hope this was helpful.
